IKIGAI: The Japanese Secret to live long and happy life is a mind-blowing book by “Hector Garcia” and “Francesc Miralles” based on a japanese term “ikigai” which simply means or refer to “practice of living a purposeful life with respect” to a person’s sense to the self.

I recently bought/borrowed this book from one of my friend and really loved a lot thru it’s context and message delivering strategy. This book is a real time made based on the discussions and interview given by the people in “Okinawa” a town in Japan. On a visit, Authors interviewed the villagers and extracted some good “methods of living” from them and presented in this book.
